The pre-action alarm valve group is composed of a deluge valve and a wet alarm valve connected in series up and down. The deluge valve is located on the water supply side, and the wet alarm valve is located on the system side to form a pre-action valve group. The system consists of pre-action valves, hydraulic alarm bells, pressure switches, air compressors, air maintenance devices, signal butterfly valves, etc. Closed sprinkler heads are installed, and common detection systems are used as alarm and starting devices. Its operating principle: Once a fire occurs, the temperature and smoke fire detector installed in the protected area will send out fire alarm and other signals. The fire alarm controller or fire control center, after receiving the alarm signal, issues an instruction to open the solenoid valve on the deluge valve, causing the deluge valve to open. The pressure water flows into the system side pipe network and becomes a wet sprinkler system. At the same time, the hydraulic alarm bell sounds. After reporting the fire, the pressure switch action feeds back to the control center to indicate that the pipeline is filled with water and starts the fire pump. At this time, the closed sprinkler head installed on the pipe has not been released and will not spray water. People can still take the initiative and have the supervisor take appropriate actions to put out the fire to avoid losses caused by water damage due to sprinkler action. If the fire cannot be controlled and continues to develop, the glass ball of the closed sprinkler head will move to spray water, and the water pump will automatically start.
After the fire is extinguished, the solenoid valve should be closed, the deluge valve should be closed, and the water in the pipe should be removed to keep the system inflation pressure within the >... range and return to quasi-working status.
Installation:
① The main water supply signal butterfly valve, deluge valve, wet alarm valve, etc. of the system should be installed vertically in the control room near the protected area. The temperature of the control room should not be lower than >℃. This prevents the entire system from malfunctioning due to freezing of water in the low-temperature diaphragm cavity.
② During installation, place the diaphragm deluge valve group on the flange of the water source pipe, put a sealing gasket, tighten the flange bolts, and put a sealing gasket on the outlet of the diaphragm deluge valve. The installation specifications are the same > camber. , tighten the bolts. Then connect it to the system pipe network. Open a hole in the straight pipe section at the upper end of the wet alarm valve and connect it to air maintenance equipment such as a low pressure switch, air compressor, and electrical contact pressure gauge.
③ The system drain valve, solenoid valve, manual quick-opening valve, hydraulic alarm bell, water replenishing funnel and other drainage points should be installed, and the floor drain will flow the discharged water into the sewer separately.
④ Install the pressure switch, solenoid valve, signal butterfly valve lead wire and air protection on the deluge valve with a low pressure switch, and connect the lead wires of the electric contact pressure gauge to the fire control center lines respectively.
⑤ The hydraulic alarm bell should be installed near the deluge valve or in a public passage, duty room, with a pipe diameter of >, the length of the alarm pipe should be less than 1 meter, and the height from the alarm valve should not be greater than 1 meter.
⑥ After the installation is completed, turn the anti-reset handwheel of the deluge valve to the anti-reset locking position. The red dot on the handwheel is aligned with the locking position on the sign, so that the system is in a quasi-working state.
Debugging:
① After all the pre-action valve assembly has been installed in accordance with the specifications, debugging can be carried out to supply water to the system so that the deluge valve is in a quasi-working state. Close the lower ball valve and open the upper ball valve. Supply water from the water replenishing funnel to the interface of the wet alarm valve. Turn on the air compressor to supply air to the system. The inflation pressure is generally within the range of >.., and the inflation volume is not less than./.
② Open the solenoid valve or open the manual quick-opening valve, release the pressure in the diaphragm cavity, and open the deluge valve, so that the system side is filled with water and becomes a wet system. At the same time, the hydraulic bell will sound an alarm, and the pressure switch will send out an electrical signal. To test the water flow indicator, you can open the end water testing device. After the water flows, push the paddle to send an action signal to the fire control center. After the test, close the solenoid valve or manual valve, and rotate the anti-reset locking mechanism clockwise to the reset position to allow the deluge valve to automatically reset. Then rotate the handwheel counterclockwise to the locking position to allow the deluge valve to automatically reset. In quasi-working condition. Open the water drain valve on the wet alarm valve to drain the water from the system side. When there is residual water on the alarm valve, immediately close the drain valve to make the system dry.
